TRADITIONAL PEKITI-TIRSIA KALI
Watch how Pekiti-Tirsia Kali blends tradition, modern relevance, footwork, reaction, weapon awareness, and practical movement into one living martial art.
The Living Past, Trained for Modern Times
Pekiti-Tirsia Kali is a Filipino martial art built on movement, timing, distance, awareness, and practical self-defense. It honors the fighting arts of the past while staying relevant to the threats and realities of today.

Training uses sticks, training knives, footwork, partner drills, empty-hand tactics, reaction development, and controlled movement patterns to help students understand how to move, respond, and protect themselves with confidence.

This is not about aggression. It is about preparation, discipline, awareness, and respect. In PTK, students learn to develop the body as a weapon while also learning the value of control, restraint, and peace.

If you want a martial art that feels practical, challenging, and deeply connected to real-world movement, Traditional PTK gives you something different from a normal workout. You will train coordination, focus, footwork, distance, reaction, and confidence in a structured environment where beginners can start safely and progress over time.

You do not need prior martial arts experience. You only need a willingness to learn, move, and challenge yourself.

MINDFUL BLADE METHOD
TM
55+
Watch how Kali-style movement challenges coordination, rhythm, reaction, and focus in a way that ordinary exercise often does not. Mindful Blade 55+ brings that same spirit into a safe, beginner-friendly class for active adults.
ACTIVE AGING THROUGH MARTIAL ARTS MOVEMENT
PTK-based brain-body movement for active adults 55+.
Mindful Blade Method is designed for adults who want to stay active, steady, sharp, and confident without stepping into a hard-contact martial arts class.

Using safe PTK-inspired stick patterns, footwork, rhythm drills, crossing-body movements, coordination challenges, memory sequences, and reaction games, this class helps students move and think at the same time.

Instead of doing the same simple exercise over and over, students practice movement that changes, challenges attention, and keeps the body and brain engaged. It is low-impact, beginner-friendly, and built for active adults who want something more interesting than a typical senior fitness class.
MOVE BETTER. THINK FASTER. STAY CONFIDENT
Most fitness classes train muscles. Mindful Blade trains movement, focus, coordination, balance, rhythm, and reaction together.
Students use lightweight training sticks and simple-to-progressive movement patterns to practice timing, posture, balance, hand-eye coordination, and mental focus. The class is challenging, but not intimidating. Structured, but not boring. Practical, but not aggressive.

This is a great fit for adults 55+ who want to stay capable, alert, and connected through a class that feels meaningful, fun, and different.
