7-5-3 Academy inconjunction with Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC, reserves the right to refuse or revoke service to anyone for safety considerations of the general public in preventing our training from being used in an unlawful manner. As such, 7-5-3 Academy and Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC reserves the right to use the following criteria for eligibility of individuals to receive services.

 

7-5-3 Academy and Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC, reserves the right to use the following "Ineligible Persons" categories when determining eligibility to receive services from 753 Academy LLC.

Disclosure of a students private information and status is purely voluntary. If information is discovered through publicly available information (we do NOT conduct any kind of background check) and normal course of daily operations that a student is in violation of this policy, we reserve the right to take action. Our action my include, but not limited to, talking with student to discuss the situation, limiting access to our services, or complete disenrollment with no refund. We use the whole person concept to determine eligibility to receive services.

Ineligible Persons

• Anyone convicted of a violent crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year; or, persons awaiting trial for a violent crime punishable by imprisonment for more than a year.

• Fugitives from justice.

• Unlawful users of depressant, narcotic, or stimulant drugs.

• Those adjudicated as mental defectives or incompetents or those committed to any mental institution.

• Illegal Aliens.

• Citizens who have renounced their citizenship with the U.S.

• Anyone dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.

• Persons under a court restraining order for harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of the intimate partner.

• Has been convicted of domestic violence.

• Is ineligible to own, posses, or receive a firearm under any restriction imposed by state or federal law.
