WHY A MARCH MADNESS CHALLENGE ...

Everyone struggles staying focused and dedicated day in and day out on their fitness and nutrition. This is even more challenging with the stress of tax season around the corner. We’re human. It happens.
​
This year, I had a lot of people come up to me and ask if we were doing anything special after the holidays and new year events to continue improving health and fitness.
Some were referencing an event/get-together/shindig/knee-slapping good time...
Others were asking if we were doing any sort of charity drives this year to maybe help with the recent fires in California.
And still others meant, believe it or not, FITNESS. As in, would we be doing anything special to hold our members accountable before the stress eating of tax season starts.
AND THE ANSWER IS A RESOUNDING .... YES.
ALL OF THE ABOVE.
IT’S GOING TO BE AWESOME.
What is it going to be? Glad you asked.
We are going to host a
“MARCH MADNESS" Fitness Challenge.
Because let’s be real, we could all use:
1) a good time that doesn't involve stressing over taxes
2) a reason to not eat those extra sweets from Valentines Day
3) a charitable cause
So that is EXACTLY what we’re going to do.
We are holding the ULTIMATE March Madness Fitness Challenge and combining Charity, Fitness, and Community into one no-holds bar challenge of
And if you have no idea what that means, that’s cool too. Join Us in the Challenge anyway for improved health and fitness in a fun atmosphere for a good cause.

HOW TO JOIN THE CHALLENGE

Step 1: You Donate a minimum of $50 to the March Madness Fitness Challenge

Step 1.5: (Optional) You Bring a Friend who ALSO Donates $50, plus non-member signup of $159 (70% off normal $532 price)

Step 2: $35 of each $50 goes to Fearless Kitty Rescue in Fountain Hills, AZ. Any donation over $50, only $15 is kept for the events associated with the Challenge (Party, prizes, etc)

HERE'S THE SKINNY.. (pun INTENDED--🤨)

​This will be a both a TEAM and INDIVIDUAL challenge. I will create teams comprised of members from different class times. Teams will compete for a special event (voted on by the team).
​

Team members will earn points for calculation of the overall highest point earning team winner.
​

A lucky individual will be selected for a prize each week based on a theme or activity.
​

Challengers are encouraged to continue their work out 3x/week (minimum) for the entirety of the 28-Day program. This means every person should have at least 12 workouts over the month of March.

Challengers will have a special designed workout on Saturday mornings to further crush their weekly workout goals.​​​​

What will Challengers win, you ask? Bragging rights of course. Invite to Special After Pot Luck Party Event. Picture on Challengers Wall of Fame board, Special Prize Giveaways, plus the knowledge that you did all this for Fearless Kitty Rescue.
