Youth Fit - 7+

We took our Adult Cardio Kickboxing and developed a class for youth.


Class Description

Our Youth Fit class is designed to get youth moving, develop coordination, stamina, loose weight, and get fit in a fun and energetic fashion. We use our proven 7-5-3 Kickboxing program as a basis for the Youth Fit program. Additionally, we incorporate a floor workout routine designed to further develop agility, balance, coordination, and strengthen the core.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 2 hours prior to start time. No Shows will incur a no show fee. All cancellations refunds, and credits are subject to our Terms and Conditions Policy. Please reference our Policy's below.
