Class Description

This is an open discussion to review your health and fitness to include: previous challenges and experiences, nutrition, and current and future goals. THIS IS A DECISION MEETING TO JOIN OR NOT. We conduct an In-Body scan to develop a baseline on where you are at with your overall weight, muscle mass and body fat mass. This consultation is to see if it makes sense to partner with potential clients for success or not. This is not a workout session. This is only an in-person office style meeting. You will walk away with the knowledge of what has really been stopping you from being successful in your health and fitness journey.
