Fundamentals Hand-to-Hand Destructions

Self-Defense Seminar using hands, elbows, and knees.

Class Description

The Seminar will be covering fundamental principles to include: - Attacker Neutralization - Counter Attacks - Structure Immobilization - Tendon, Muscle and Limb destructions - Plus so much more. We will be working the fundamentals of footwork, timing, distance, recognition of threats, positional awareness, entry points and counteroffensive movements. All you need to bring is yourself, wear comfortable clothing, water bottle / snacks. We will provide the equipment. This is a filmed event.

Cancelation Policy

All cancellations must be made 30 minutes prior to start time. No Shows will incur a no show fee of $45 at the discretion of 7-5-3 Academy. All cancellations refunds, and credits are subject to our Terms and Conditions Policy. Please reference our Policy's below.
