Class Description
Party event at 7-5-3 Academy. Includes: two hours use of floor space, two 6'x3' folding tables, folding chairs, and staff organized activities, and disposing of garbage. Doesn't include: food, decorations, set-up, or event promo/gift bags. Price is per 10 event attendees/participants. Client reserving the space agrees to pay for any damages to facility or equipment to include excessive cleaning fee immediately once quotes for repairs/damages/cleaning is submitted to client. Payment is due at time of booking, and non-refundable within 14-days of event. Additional costs for food and beverage selection, promo bags, and decorations, provided by 7-5-3 Academy and as directed by Client.

Cancellation Policy
For policy related to Monthly Membership Service Plan Agreement, please copy/click this link: https://www.753academy.com/monthly-agreement All members are REQUIRED to book their classes prior to attending, no exceptions. Booking is available up to 7 days in advance. If a member fails to book their class prior to showing up for a class, member agrees to possibly being turned away from participation in that class at the sole discretion of the Staff Member. No credit or refund will be issued if turned away from participation in class. Member waives their notification of possible class cancellation if member failures to book a class as required. Members are able to cancel the classes they booked up to 30 minutes prior to start time. For No Shows - If there are 10 members registered for a class, and member then no shows for their booked class, member will incur a no show fee of $45 at the discretion of 7-5-3 Academy. Member will be sent an invoice due within 48 hours for any applicable no show fees. If invoice is not paid by due date, member agrees to NOT being authorized to attend any further classes until invoice is paid. In this case, membership will NOT be suspended and billing will continue in accordance with Tuition Membership Agreement.
