Cancellation Policy

All members are REQUIRED to book their classes prior to attending, no exceptions. Booking is available up to 21 days in advance. If a member fails to book their class prior to showing up for a class, member agrees to possibly being turned away from participation in that class at the sole discretion of the Staff Member. No credit or refund will be issued if turned away from participation in class. Member waives their notification of possible class cancellation if member failures to book a class as required. Members are able to cancel the classes they booked up to 60 minutes prior to start time. For No Shows - If the class is full and member then no shows for their booked class, member will incur a no show fee of $45 at the discretion of 7-5-3 Academy. Member will be sent an invoice due within 48 hours for any applicable no show fees. If invoice is not paid by due date, member agrees to NOT being authorized to attend any further classes until invoice is paid. In this case, membership will NOT be suspended and billing will continue in accordance with Tuition Membership Agreement.
