Seminar - Defense Using a Baton

Intro seminar on use of a baton or cane for defense

Class Description

The Seminar will be covering fundamentals using a baton or cane in a defensive and counter-offensive manner. We will work on distance, timing, footwork, strike angles, and how to use position to your advantage. We will cover the use of a baton and cane as a defensive tool, as well as how to defend yourself from someone threatening to use a baton or cane in a violent manner. All you need to bring is yourself, wear comfortable clothing, water bottle / snacks. We will provide the equipment. This is a filmed event.

Cancelation Policy
